The growth of inner city areas through expansion and revitilazation will result typically in narrow lots and close setbacks.  Garage entrances are forced to the front of the house and square footage is up and back, not out.  The selections here will provide plenty of space and features while also providing the right footprint.

Our portfolio has hundreds of plans that can be considered suitable for urban lots, such as our courtyard entry, detached garage, and rear garage collections. We also have a special series in our portfolio with the prefix "CP" which typically will be 40' or less in width as well as micro plans and expanded micro plans.  

Illustrated here are a sample of those plans which may be single or two story and will have a broad range of design characteristics.  We hope these examples help in your research, but do not neglect the portfolio.
