Land costs comprise a major portion of total construction costs. Increases in land costs and scarcity of suitable raw land forces the size of developed lots down both in width as well as depth.
Our portfolio has hundreds of plans that can be considered suitable for micro lots, such as our courtyard entry, detached garage, rear garage, and basic collections. We do, however, have a special series in our portfolio with the prefix "CP" which typically will be 40' or less in width as well as micro plans and expanded micro plans.
