Land costs comprise a major portion of total construction costs. Increases in land costs and scarcity of suitable raw land as well as reduced setbacks forces the size of developed lots down both in width as well as depth.
These narrow lot plans differ from other collections in that the depth of lot is not considered to be a restriction in footprint as well as alloowing for side driveway and rear entry garage. Illustrated here are a sample of plans designed to take full advantage of the narrow lot without sacrifice of desirable size and features.
Our portfolio has hundreds of plans that are suitable for restrictive lot sizes, including those in courtyard entry and townhouse plans. We also have a special series in our portfolio with the prefix "CP" which typically will be 40' or less in width.
