Land costs comprise a major portion of total construction costs. Increases in land costs and scarcity of suitable raw land as well as reduced setbacks forces the size of developed lots down both in width as well as depth. Urban areas often will have very narrow lot width.
These narrow lot plans are intended to be excellent selections where lot width does not allow for side access, where garage entry is from the front only.
Our portfolio has hundreds of plans that are suitable for restrictive lot sizes, including those in courtyard entry, townhouse plans, and narrow lot plans. We also have a special series in our portfolio with the prefix "CP" which typically will be 40' or less in width.
