Very little space is wasted in our standard plans, and that effort extends into our approach to custom design. Storage space is plentiful in our plans and is provided everywhere necessary and wherever the opportunity presents itself. As space permits, master bedrooms will normally have walk-in closets and other bedrooms will have spacious wall closets or comparable walk-ins. Kitchens will have pantries, laundries will have shelving storage, and foyers and entrances will have coat closets, all per plan. All plans have provision for attic storage with drop-down stairs. The amount is dependent on available space and your specification.
Organizing closet and storage space deserves attention and these decisions are normally made by the client. Examples of storage systems and setups are available in Design Ideas. Our plans are well equipped with ventilated shelving. Solid and/or wood shelving is an option.
